Job Title: Business Set Up Consultant
Job Location: Abu Dhabi 
Job Type: Full-Time, Salary: depending on experience, capabilities, and skills

Responsibilities: 
1. Incorporation and annual renewal of legal entities 
2. Conducting research and gathering data to comprehend the type of business the client intends to establish and its consequences in various regions of the UAE.
3. Provide complete business setup advice to clients who want to set up their business in the UAE.
4. Guide clients through the company registration and incorporation process, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared accurately and submitted in a timely manner.
5. Prepare and arrange all documents and applications required for business setup and visa transactions.
6. Assistance for residence visa and bank account opening.
7. Perform due diligence on both new and current clients as necessary.
8. Coordinating with the client to provide regular updates and assist in making necessary decisions to ensure a seamless application process.
9. Ensure awareness of regular updates to government laws, regulations, procedures, policies, requirements, and their resulting impact on business needs.
10. Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in company formations across mainland, free zones, and offshore jurisdictions in the UAE.
2. Prior experience in setting up Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), Financial Services Entities, and foundations within ADGM is a must.
3. Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE government regulations, compliance requirements, and business setup procedures.
4. Knowledge of different types of Government Approvals to ensure businesses run legally and seamlessly.
5. To understand the latest UAE compliance and commercial practices such as KYC, AML, UBO, and so on.
6. Strong written and oral communication skills. 
7. Excellent research and analytical skills. 
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Personal Attributes:
The perfect candidate should possess in-depth expertise in establishing businesses in the Mainland, Free Zone, and Onshore/Offshore regions of the United Arab Emirates. They should demonstrate initiative, dedication, and the capability to independently oversee client relationships.
