Who Can Apply?

The Emirates Legal Network offers a corporate membership plan that caters to different types of organizations and professionals associated with the legal field. The corporate membership plan allows for the inclusion of multiple members from entities.

The following categories are eligible to apply for an Emirates Legal Network membership:

Law Firms: Law firms operating within the Emirates can apply for corporate membership. This includes both small and large law firms, covering different areas of legal practice. Up to two members from the law firm can become part of the network, enabling them to access the benefits and resources offered.

Investment Immigration Companies: Companies specializing in facilitating immigration processes for individuals and families through investment programs offered by various countries are eligible to apply for corporate membership. This category encompasses firms that offer services like advising clients on immigration-qualifying investment options, aiding in application processes, navigating legal protocols, and providing counsel on obtaining residency and citizenship through investment pathways. Each company can nominate up to two members to join the network.

Non-Legal Firms: Non-legal firms or organizations that work closely with the legal industry can also apply for corporate membership. This category includes consulting firms, corporate service providers, technology companies specializing in legal solutions, and other entities that support legal professionals in their work. Up to two members from the non-legal firm can join the network.

Universities and Academies: Universities and academic institutions offering legal education or related courses can become corporate members. This category includes law schools, legal academies, and universities with law faculties. Up to two members from the institution, such as faculty members or administrators, can participate in the network.

Legal Translators: Professionals working as legal translators, providing translation services for legal documents and proceedings, are eligible for corporate membership. Up to two members can join the network.

Private Notaries: Private notaries, who are authorized to authenticate and certify legal documents and transactions, can apply for corporate membership. Up to two members can be part of the network.

UAE Corporate members have access to all the features of individual membership, as well as additional benefits such as group management tools and dedicated support. Corporate membership is priced based on the number of users and can be paid annually.

Membership plan for law firms is priced at 2,100 AED/ year, which can be paid online.

This membership plan is designed for Universities and Academies. Corporate members have access to all the features of individual membership, as well as additional benefits such as group management tools and dedicated support. Corporate membership is priced based on the number of users and can be paid annually.

Membership plan for Universities and Academies is priced at 1,050 AED/ year, which can be paid online.
